Contact Getting the "Twin Paradox" Wrong

I choose to read the ebook The Science of Superheroes. The chapter I decided to read was the one about Batman. I really love batman, so it fit perfectly. Basically the chapter discussed why people are fans of batman to begin with. Batman does not have superpowers like all of the other superheroes, but that is exactly why people like him. Batman is so different than every other superhero, whether it deals with his look, his lack of real powers, or his back story. Batman just catches people's attention. In the next segment of the chapter the book discussed how some of batman's gadgets are not very safe, or even realistic for that matter. Gadgets such as his flying jetpack, his belt, and or him swinging throughout the city. All of which the gadgets are either not safe, in the case of his belt. Or the gadgets were not realistic to the time the comics came out, in the matter of batman's flying jetpack. In the final segment of the chapter, the book discussed the Gotham city earthquake, and whether or not it would be possible. In conclusion the book compared Gotham city to New York city and said that an earthquake could be possible. In regard to the earthquake, batman comics got that right. All in all batman is still my favorite superhero because he is the most awesome in my opinion.
